Database Info Properties Pane

Selecting a BioModel or MathModel from the tree list under the VCell DB tab (lower left of VCell document window) will display basic information about the selected model in the Database File Info tab (lower right of VCell document window). The summary displays information about some of the internal contents of a model.

BioModels contain 1 or more 'Applications', each application may contain 1 or more simulations.

• Model Annotation text if it exists is displayed as the first line in the panel. See Edit Model Annotation for more information.
• Applications info See Application Properties (application name, type, annotation, geometry, simulation names). See also Applications Overview for more information.

• Annotation user notes entered for the MathModel from File->'Edit Annotation'.
• Type (e.g 'deterministic').
• Geometry ('compartmental' or 'geometry name' and (1D,2D,3D dimension)).
• Simulation Names
