The bottom right pane of the VCell document window contains an Object Properties tab that displays properties of any entity (e.g. species, reaction, structure) selected in the main View Pane of the document window.
Adjacent tabs provide more information about selected entities, the state of your biomodel, or other biomodels. Some of these panels may be hidden or visible at times, depending on their relevance to the selected entity.
