Physiology Overview

The Physiology contains the description of the biological components that comprise a BioModel:

• Graphical Reactions Editor. Reactions and species can be added and edited here.
• Reactions and Rules Editor. Both reactions and reaction rules can be specified and edited here.
• Structures (Compartments) are made up of membrane and volume structures.
• Species are defined across multiple compartments (except for Rule-Based models, where a single compartment is enforced temporarily)
• Molecules that define building blocks for rule-based models
• Observables that define outputs for rule-based models

Properties for structures can be found in the object properties pane in the bottom pane.
