SpringSaLaD enables spatial, stochastic, particle-based simulation of reaction-diffusion systems, representing biomolecules as collections of linked spherical sites with explicit excluded-volume interactions in three-dimensional space — bridging detailed molecular-dynamics and cellular-level reaction-network modeling.
